Needs Assessments
In 2004, the REACH Healthcare Foundation commissioned the Kansas Health Institute to conduct a survey of community health data sources in Allen, Johnson and Wyandotte Counties in Kansas. A similar assessment was completed for Jackson, Clay and Cass Counties in Missouri under the direction of the the Health Care Foundation of Greater Kansas City.
